Community Guidelines
ReVolution CRP is a professional community built on mutual respect. These guidelines exist to ensure it stays a safe, constructive, and valuable space for every member.

By joining ReVolution CRP, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Membership is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these standards.

Be Respectful
- ›Treat every member with courtesy and respect, regardless of their experience level, role, employer, or background.
- ›Disagreement is welcome — disrespect is not. Challenge ideas, not people.
- ›No personal attacks, harassment, bullying, or targeted negativity toward any individual.

Stay On Topic
- ›Keep discussions relevant to clinical research, the CRP profession, and the topics of each forum group.
- ›Use the correct forum group for your post. Off-topic posts may be moved or removed by the moderation team.
- ›This is not a recruitment board — job postings and requests about open positions are not permitted. You are welcome to share general tips on finding jobs and navigating offers.

Respect Others’ Privacy
- ›Respect the privacy of others and do not share anyone’s personal information without their consent — this includes information about employers, colleagues, or other individuals.
- ›Never share confidential sponsor, site, or patient information in any community space.
- ›Do not name specific sponsors, CROs, or sites in a way that could cause harm or breach confidentiality obligations.
- ›If you are sharing experiences from your work, ensure they are sufficiently anonymised.

No Discrimination or Hate
- ›Content promoting hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability is strictly prohibited.
- ›We operate a zero-tolerance policy — content of this nature will be removed immediately and your account will be blocked.
- ›This community is explicitly inclusive of people from all backgrounds and identities.

No Spam or Self-Promotion
- ›Unsolicited advertising, spam, affiliate links, or repeated self-promotion is not permitted.
- ›You may share your own work, blog posts, or services in relevant contexts, but only if it genuinely adds value to the community.
- ›Accounts found to be primarily promotional will be suspended.

No Explicit Content
- ›Sharing explicit, adult, or NSFW (not safe for work) content is not permitted.
- ›Please also refrain from explicit language in your posts and comments.

No Illegal Activity
- ›Discussions or content promoting illegal activities — including piracy, illicit drug use, or other unlawful conduct — are forbidden.

Credit Your Sources
- ›When sharing information or content from other sources, please credit the original source.

Anonymous Submissions
- ›Contributions such as Rate Your Role, Win/Woe, and blog submissions are handled in good faith.
- ›Do not submit false, misleading, or malicious content under the cover of anonymity.
- ›The moderation team reviews all submissions and reserves the right to decline or remove content that breaches these guidelines.

Wellbeing and Support
- ›If you are struggling, you are welcome here. This community takes wellbeing seriously.
- ›However, this platform is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, please seek professional help.
- ›Be compassionate when responding to members who are clearly struggling. Kind words cost nothing.

Moderation and Reporting
- ›All posts must be approved by our admin team before they are published, so please expect a short delay while we review.
- ›Breaches of these guidelines may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.
- ›Please report any content or behaviour that violates these guidelines via the Issues & Queries form.
- ›Moderation decisions are final, though we welcome respectful appeals via direct contact.
