3. Purpose of the Website

Unless otherwise stated, we own or license all intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, downloads, videos, and training materials.

You may:

  • View and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Use templates and guides for personal use only.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

  • Transmit harmful, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems
  • Use the Website to send unsolicited marketing or spam
  • Use our Website in a manner that disrupts the service for other users.

8. Reliance on Information

The content on this Website is provided “as is” and is intended for general guidance only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees that content is complete, accurate, or current.

You acknowledge that any reliance on Website content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms which may apply to the Website or its content.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Viruses and Security

We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for ensuring that you use appropriate virus protection.

You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious material.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Additional Terms

In addition to the above terms and conditions, the following terms apply specifically to the use of our website:

  • Content Ownership: All content on this website is owned by ReVolution CRP and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Support: For any support related to the courses, please contact ReVolution CRP Support Contact stated below.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Membership terms

The sections below were added on 24 August 2026 and apply in addition to the terms above when you create an account or take out a membership.

19. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep the information on your account accurate, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us promptly at info@revolutioncrp.com if you think someone else has access to it. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account settings.

Your username is visible to other members; your full name is not. Please do not create an account on behalf of someone else, or share a single account between several people.

20. Membership and Payment

Free membership gives access to part of the platform. Premium membership, billed monthly or annually through Stripe, unlocks the rest. Prices are shown on our pricing page.

Premium membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for the detail and for your statutory cancellation rights.

Introductory pricing (such as our Early Bird rate) applies for the period stated when you sign up. Where that period is limited, your subscription moves to the standard price at the end of it, and we will tell you before that happens. We may change our standard prices, but a change will never apply to a period you have already paid for, and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before it affects your renewals. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails we may retry it, and we may suspend Premium access if it remains unpaid.

21. Content You Post

You keep ownership of everything you post — articles, forum posts, role reviews, and anything else. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store and display it on the platform so that it can be shown to the members it is intended for, and to reproduce it in anonymised or aggregated form. That licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been quoted in someone else’s post or included in aggregated data that cannot be separated out.

You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. Our Community Guidelines apply everywhere on the platform. We may remove content, or decline to publish it, if we think it breaches these Terms or those Guidelines. Content submitted for publication may be edited for clarity or length before it is published, and we are under no obligation to publish anything.

Please do not share patient, participant or study data, whether or not it has been anonymised, or anyone else’s confidential or personal information.

22. Reviews of Employers and Roles

Rate Your Role exists so members can share honest experiences of working in clinical research. When you post a review, it must be your own genuine experience and your honest opinion, and any statement of fact in it must be true. Please do not name individual colleagues or managers, or include anything confidential to your employer.

Reviews are the views of the members who wrote them, not ours, and we do not verify them. If you are an employer and believe a review is untrue or breaches these Terms, contact us at info@revolutioncrp.com and we will review it promptly.

23. Wellbeing and Career Content Is Not Professional Advice

The wellbeing, career and stress-related content on the platform — including check-ins, trends, resources and any signposting we show you — is for general information and peer support. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Please speak to a qualified professional about your own circumstances. If you are in crisis or at risk, contact your GP, NHS 111, or the emergency services on 999. The platform is not monitored for emergencies and no one here can respond to one.

24. Ending Your Membership

You can stop using the platform at any time, cancel a Premium subscription from your account settings, and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data).

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Except where the breach is serious, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first. If we close a paid account for a breach, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for unless the breach was deliberate.
